El Salvador Encounter
The El Salvador Encounter is a faith-based delegation experience where participants learn from the people of El Salvador about their lives, histories, and hopes for the future.
A key focus of the encounter is to reflect on the meaning of working for justice rather than charity, understanding the importance of being better stewards of the earth, and humanizing the various issues present in our societies.
El Salvador e-Encounter
The El Salvador e-Encounter is an in-depth learning experience for anyone wanting to learn about El Salvador.
A typical e-Encounter is five days long with three sessions every day, and offers participants the opportunity to engage in conversations with different speakers, grassroots organization leaders, rural community members, and youth groups.
Similar to our in-country experience, the goal is to reflect on how to be better stewards of the earth and humanize the various issues present in our societies.
