We are please to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the 2008 SIP (Summer Immersion Program). The SIP is a faith base social justice and solidarity intensive learning and service experience. In this program interns live and work alongside Salvadoran families and organizations.

While learning about Latin America directly from the people, interns can:

• Practice their Spanish
• Work with local organization dedicated to sustainable development, community organization and human rights

This opportunity is for anyone ready and willing to give a summer to live and learn with and ultimately be changed by a Salvadorian community.

Click here to the SIP Flyer- please pass it on to the potential participants and circulate in your churches, communities, and universities. We especially encourage Latin American studies programs, Campus Ministries and Study Abroad Offices to help us advertise this exciting immersion program.
